Travel

Travel within a 10-mile radius of LD3 is free. Anything further afield is charged at 45p per mile.

Deposit

To secure your wedding booking, a£50 non-refundable deposit is required. This will be deducted from your final bill.

Cancellations

If for any reason, you choose or need to cancel your booking over the 12 weeks before your wedding your £50 deposit will be retained and you will not be liable for any other payments.

Cancellation within 12 and 6 weeks will require 50% of your full outstanding balance and within 6 weeks will require full payment. All cancellations must be received in writing by letter or email. Extenuating circumstances will be considered by Philippa
